1. Return Eligibility

  • We offer a 14-day return policy for all non-customized jewelry.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • Customized jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded since it’s made just for you.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@calebee.store within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo, and we’ll make it right!
